RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. No throwing candy from unit for the safety of everyone.
2. All commercial floats must be purchased through the Loris Chamber of Commerce.
3. The Loris Chamber of Commerce must approve all entries. Any entries denied will be refunded.
4. No refunds will be issued for floats.
5. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
6. No entry fee refund will be issued for cancellation after November 29, 2024
7. Only (1) unit per $35 entry is allowed.
8. Only those entries included in the “Invited Class” will be exempt from payment.
9. There will be a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks.
10. Only approved animals are allowed in the Loris Chamber of Commerce Parade due to liability concerns. No horses will be allowed.
11. All participants must be in line up by 5:30 pm or you will not be permitted in the parade.
12. All motorized vehicles must be driven by a driver with a valid driver’s license.
13. Motorcycles are prohibited from doing burn outs.
14. NO ONE IS ALLOWED IN SANTA CLAUS APPAREL INCLUDING COSTUMES & BEARDS (NO EXCEPTIONS). The one and only Santa Claus from the North Pole will be in attendance. Santa Hats are allowed.

The Loris Chamber of Commerce requires that all units must be decorated for the Holiday with lights.
